Writing is a healing process, and your story deserves to be heard. Take control of your narrative. Send poems, short stories, carrier pigeon messages, or whatever else gets your words on paper. We want to hear your voice, and above all else, to remind you that you are not alone.
What We’re Looking For:
In the Workplace, In the Military, At Home, In School, While Traveling or Walking, or At a Party
Poetry: up to 3 pieces that do not exceed 50 lines each.
Micro-essays, fiction, nonfiction: up to 3 pieces, each not to exceed 500 words.
Acceptable file types include .doc, .docx, and pdf.
Each submission must be accompanied by a bio written in the third person and not exceed 150 words.
How This Works:
By submitting, you guarantee you hold the rights to the work, and you grant the Editors the rights to edit for publication and to publish the submitted work. After publication, rights revert to the author.
Submit your original work only. We accept pre-published work and request writer permission and notification of prior published submissions.
Any work submitted with a request for anonymity will be honored. All communications will be confidential.
Submissions will be read by a volunteer team of writers/readers and edited by the Project Editors. Our professional editor will give final approval prior to and for publication.
